As part of the Wines of Nova Scotia, "Behind the Vines" Fall Festival Series, we are collaborating with our friend, Chef Dennis Johnston and are hosting a 5 course Harvest Dinner, paired with small lot estate and vintage wines from our cellar.

Braised and roasted lamb with caramelized pumpkin and red miso
