We are super excited to offer this rare and exclusive, private dining experience,  featuring Nova Scotias oldest wines. On November 11, 2023, we are inviting you to take part in a six-course dinner featuring vintage wines, from our library.

Confit potato, fennel pollen creme fraiche

Caramelle Pasta

Filled with fresh cheese, in brown butter, verjus and pecan

YellowFin Tuna Tiradito

Sea buckthorn and apple tiradito sauce with pear and chilli salsa

Slow Roasted Martock Glen Deer Rack

Burnt tomato risotto and black garlic sauce

 

 

Fifth

Dragons Breath Blue

Pear butter and bitter chocolate

Blue Plum Fritter

White coffee ice cream and salted rosehip caramel

 

Cost: $195 plus tax and gratuity 

Location: This dinner will be held in the comfort & cozy surroundings of our private dining room at the Inn at Grand Pre Winery

Time: 6:30pm
