Wine Shop Clerk (Tours & Tastings)

At Domaine de Grand Pré, the wine shop is more than a point of sale—it’s a welcoming start to a guest’s journey. We’re seeking a Wine Shop Clerk who enjoys people, takes pride in the details, and is curious about wine and winemaking. Experience is appreciated, but not required; what matters most is your interest, your reliability, and your desire to learn.

What you’ll do

• Host tours and wine tastings with a calm, friendly presence—guiding guests with confidence and ease

• Recommend wines thoughtfully, helping each guest discover what they genuinely enjoy
  

• Support daily wine shop operations, including:

  • Stocking shelves, rotating product, and keeping displays tidy

  • Keeping the tasting area and shop clean and guest-ready

  • Assisting with packing orders, restocking, and basic inventory tasks

  • Opening/closing routines and general upkeep to maintain a refined, inviting space

What you bring

• A genuine interest in wine (we’ll help you build your knowledge)

• A welcoming, attentive style—guests should feel comfortable and cared for

• Strong communication in French and English and a steady, team-first approach

• Comfort with standing for periods of time and lifting/handling wine cases as needed

Schedule

• 5 days per week, including weekends or part-time
