Chef Steven Wall, will be demoing Cavatelli and answer all your pasta questions. After the demo, we will enjoy the first course -

Oysters and a small plate of Cavatelli

We are then moving on to

Kale Salad
with caper vinaigrette, bacon and Manchego cheese

Smoked Potatoes
with porcini mayo, soft boiled egg and trout caviar

Braised Moose and Parsnip Ravioli Doppio
with rosemary and juniper scented jus

Chocolate Tart with peanut butter ganache and salted caramel
