The grapes for this special release were hand-harvested from our Melanson Vineyard. 

The resulting Blanc de Blanc is a beautiful expression of the unique terroir, with bright notes of citrus and apple, balanced by a subtle creaminess.
This 100% Chardonnay traditional method Sparkling Wine offers notes of brioche, green apple and lemon on the nose. The bright acidity on the palate elevates these flavours as well as offering hints of apricots and a touch of nuttiness in the finish.
