We believe that wine and good company go hand in hand. But we also know not everyone drinks, and we wanted to create something just as thoughtful and flavourful, without the alcohol. A drink that feels right at any celebration, but is just as perfect for an everyday sip.

That’s how Sophie! Sophia! came to life.

The name was inspired by a conversation between Cäcilia and Beatrice, imagining themselves sneaking into wineries incognito — hats, scarves, and all. It was about being free, a little cheeky, and simply themselves. That spirit became the heart of this new drink: a celebration of choice, fun, and individuality.
