Tidal Bay - Nova Scotia’s Premiere White Wine.  There is no other grape-growing region like Nova Scotia.  A wine with unique character, Tidal Bay brilliantly reflects its birthplace:  the terroir, coastal breezes, cooler climate and our winemakers’ world-class craftsmanship.  It has a distinctive brightness in the glass.  The nose is fresh yet complex.  The palate is dryish crisp, with body and fullness that lingers with every sip.  It is the perfect complement to Nova Scotia seafood or to share with friends.

Moscato - This light, refreshing wine is crafted from 100% Nova Scotia grown grapes and showcases flavours and aromas of pink grapefruit with notes of honeysuckle and peach blossom. The low alcohol, slight effervescence, and fruity aromatics of this wine are perfect for any occasion. A fantastic pairing for brunches, picnics, or afternoons at the beach.

NS.Rosé - This dry wine is a blend of two of Nova Scotia’s primary varietals: L’Acadie Blanc and Maréchal Foch. The resulting wine is bursting with delightfully bright fruit flavours of fresh strawberry with underlying notes of citrus rind, red currant, candied apple, and melon. The palate gives way to notes of spice with a pleasing crisp finish. Great with summer-time cuisine of both seafood and lighter meats. 

Riesling Sparkling Wines - Made from 100% Annapolis Valley grown Riesling and aged on tirage for 30 months, this traditional method sparkling wine captures the vibrancy of our coastal terroir.  Extended lees aging brings subtle brioche aromas and elegant structure with notes of crisp apple, lemon, quince and a touch of minerality. Refined, refreshing and expressive. Enjoy this bubbly chilled and accompanied by grilled chicken, pork, summer salads, or your favourite soft cheeses.

Baco - Baco Noir produces a light to medium-bodied red, with the 2023 vintage leaning lighter in style. The wine shows rich colour and expressive aromatics, with notes of strawberry, blueberry, and pepper. Soft on the palate, it finishes long with lingering cherry. Baco Noir pairs well with game meats, pizza, or anything from the BBQ.

NEW: Conversation Water Red - Lightly effervescent and refreshingly low in alcohol, Conversation Water Red is an easy-drinking wine made for sharing. Aromas of dried cranberry and subtle herbaceous notes lead into a vibrant palate of cranberry, raspberry, and ripe cherry. A touch of jammy fruit adds softness and richness, while the gentle sparkle keeps the finish fresh and lively. Serve well chilled. Pair with fresh fruit, soft cheeses, and charcuterie boards, dark chocolate desserts or enjoy it on its own at your next gathering.
