Chardonnay, Small Lot
This classic style Chardonnay was barrel fermented and matured for 9 months in both new and second-use French oak. Vibrant tree fruit and toasted coconut aromas give way to notes of white peach and pear. Soft flavours of lemon evolve into apple notes with hints of vanilla.
With its well-rounded structure, refreshing acidity and buttery finish, this Chardonnay reflects the cooler climate in which it was grown and is well suited to Nova Scotian seafood, chicken, pork and creamy pasta dishes
