Tidal Bay - Nova Scotia’s Premiere White Wine.  There is no other grape-growing region like Nova Scotia.  A wine with unique character, Tidal Bay brilliantly reflects its birthplace:  the terroir, coastal breezes, cooler climate and our winemakers’ world-class craftsmanship.  It has a distinctive brightness in the glass.  The nose is fresh yet complex.  The palate is dryish crisp, with body and fullness that lingers with every sip.  It is the perfect complement to Nova Scotia seafood or to share with friends.

Ortega - Our Ortega is a brilliantly aromatic white wine, offering intense aromas of pear, dried apricot, and honey, layered with delicate floral notes. Produced in an off-dry style, its pronounced nose leads to an elegant, balanced, and complex palate with an oily texture. Perfectly suited to summer greens, fresh fish, poultry, or your favourite cheese.  Serve chilled

Small Lot Rosé - The newest addition to our Small Lot Series is a delicious blend of Pinot Noir and Cabernet Franc and is an excellent expression of Nova Scotia's terroir. The wine greets the senses with an inviting crimson hue and vibrant red berry aromas of red currant, juicy raspberry and delicate notes of strawberry and strawberry leaf. Bright and fresh on the palate, it softens into a smooth, lingering finish defined by elegant tannins. Crafted with the utmost care, this distinctive Rosé is a perfect complement to summer salads, seafood, grilled chicken or softer cheeses. 

Moscato - This light, refreshing wine showcases flavours and aromas of pink grapefruit with notes of honeysuckle and peach blossom. The low alcohol, slight effervescence, and fruity aromatics of this wine are perfect for any occasion. A fantastic pairing for brunches, picnics, or afternoons at the beach. Serve as an aperitif, or as an accompaniment to salad, curry, or dessert. Enjoy chilled.

Castel - Rich, dense and deeply pigmented, this wine offers inviting herbaceous aromas of caraway and black pepper.  It pairs perfectly with grilled beef, game meats and roasted root vegetables.

Pomme D'Or Ice Cider - This golden, burnt amber cepage is made from both old and new apple varieties grown locally in the Annapolis Valley. This wine displays complex notes of baked apple, apricot and caramel, with a long, sweet finish of preserves. Excellent with all kinds of desserts or cheese.
