Tidal Bay - Nova Scotia’s Premier White Wine.  There is no other grape-growing region like Nova Scotia.  A wine with unique character, Tidal Bay brilliantly reflects its birthplace:  the terroir, coastal breezes, cooler climate and our winemakers’ world-class craftsmanship.  It has a distinctive brightness in the glass.  The nose is fresh yet complex.  The palate is dryish crisp, with body and fullness that lingers with every sip.  It is the perfect complement to Nova Scotia seafood or to share with friends.

Muscat - New York Muscat is a varietal that is perfectly suited for our cool climate and terroir, gaining the reputation of being the most aromatic of Nova Scotia grapes. Beautifully intense on the nose, this wine displays notes of candied ginger, fresh citrus and lychee. Produced in a dry style with a long, balanced finish, it is perfect to enjoy on its own or paired with any spicy dish. 

Chardonnay -  This Old World-inspired 2024 Chardonnay was barrel-fermented and matured for seven months in new French oak. It offers a delicate nose of toasted cedar, pear, and white peach. Soft flavours of baked apple and lemon playfully give way to subtle hints of vanilla. Partial malolactic fermentation creates a well-rounded structure, with pleasing acidity and a slightly buttery finish. Reflecting the cool climate from which it was grown, this Chardonnay is a wonderful companion to Nova Scotian seafood, chicken, pork, and creamy pasta dishes.

Castel - Castel is a French-American hybrid created by plant breeder Pierre Castel in 1906, crossing Cinsault and Vitis Rupestris. The wine is rich, dense and deeply pigmented, offering inviting aromas of spice, layered with notes of black cherry, blackberry and plum. Bold and expressive, this wine has a medium body, a balanced palate of ripe fruit and integrated tannins. As a bolder red, Castel is especially well suited to grilled beef, game meats, caramelized onions and roasted root vegetables.

Pink Conversation Water - Delightfully refreshing, this wine is bursting with fresh strawberries and candied cherries, with hints of lime zest and white peach.
Lightly effervescent and cheerful, the bright acidity is balanced by a hint of sweetness, leading to the perfect conversation starter for any occasion. 

Pomme D'Or Ice Cider - This golden, burnt amber cepage is made from both old and new apple varieties grown locally in the Annapolis Valley. This wine displays complex notes of baked apple, apricot and caramel, with a long, sweet finish of preserves. Excellent with all kinds of desserts or cheese.
