L'Acadie Chardonnay This wine was matured in French oak barrels for 18 months and is wonderfully balanced with a rich, lingering finish. It has inviting notes of toasted coconut and apple, complemented by hints of honey and minerality, alongside lively citrus flavours. Enjoy with chicken, fish, salad or soft cheeses.

Tidal Bay - Nova Scotia’s Premiere White Wine.  There is no other grape-growing region like Nova Scotia.  A wine with unique character, Tidal Bay brilliantly reflects its birthplace:  the terroir, coastal breezes, cooler climate and our winemakers’ world-class craftsmanship.  It has a distinctive brightness in the glass.  The nose is fresh yet complex.  The palate is dryish crisp, with body and fullness that lingers with every sip.  It is the perfect complement to Nova Scotia seafood or to share with friends.

White Conversation Water - This light refreshing wine is a blend, crafted from mainly Vidal grapes. It shows intense flavours and aromas of grapefruit and peach, with hints of candied lime and honey. The low alcohol, lively effervescence, fresh acidity and balanced sweetness lead to this perfect conversation starter.

Baco - Baco Noir produces a light to medium-bodied red wine with very deep colour and explosive aromatic notes. It displays nuances of strawberry, blueberry and pepper, is very soft on the palate and has a long cherry finish. Enjoy this Baco Noir with game meats, pizza and anything from the BBQ.

Castel - Rich, dense and deeply pigmented, this wine offers inviting herbaceous aromas of caraway and black pepper.  It pairs perfectly with grilled beef, game meats and roasted root vegetables.

Pomme D'Or Cream Liquor -  Our unique blend of heritage apples from the Annapolis Valley orchards offers our apple cream liquor a rich flavour like no other. Enjoy the sweet aromas of caramel and apple paired with a silky, light vanilla cream. It tastes best served over ice, on its own as an aperitif or after dinner.
