Vintage Cider

"Cider of the Year"
at the 2024 All Canadian Wine Championship

The Jonagold and Cox’s Orange apples used create a beautiful balance of acidity, aromatics, and sweetness. After fermentation, the cider was left to age on its lees for 13 years and then finished with a dosage of our Pomme d’Or Ice Cider this spring. The extended time on lees has given this Traditional Method Cider remarkable depth and complexity.

Aromas of honeycomb, baking spices, and caramelized apple, with a delicate mousse and complex, subtle tannins
