Ortega is a cross between Müller-Thurgau and Siegerrebe, two lesser-known varieties that also include Riesling and Gewürztraminer in their parentages.
Our Ortega is a brilliantly aromatic white wine, offering intense aromas of pear, dried apricot, and honey, layered with delicate floral notes. Produced in an off-dry style, its pronounced nose leads to an elegant, balanced, and complex palate with an oily texture.
