This Old World-inspired 2024 Chardonnay was barrel-fermented and matured for seven months in new French oak. It offers a delicate nose of toasted cedar, pear, and white peach. Soft flavours of baked apple and lemon playfully give way to subtle hints of vanilla. Partial malolactic fermentation creates a well-rounded structure, with pleasing acidity and a slightly buttery finish.

Reflecting the cool climate from which it was grown, this Chardonnay is a wonderful companion to Nova Scotian seafood, chicken, pork, and creamy pasta dishes.
