Tasting Notes
Born from curiosity and rooted in our vineyard, this is our first skin-contact white - an unfiltered L'Acadie with a deep amber hue, thanks in part to being processed on Leon Millot skins. With notes of pear, apricot and honeysuckle, it finishes in bright marmalade and citrus zest.
