Tasting Notes

This small lot Chardonnay was barrel fermented and aged in French oak to a dry white wine. Vibrant pineapple and tree fruit aromas give way to notes of peach and pear that develop further in the glass. Flavours of stone fruit and apple evolve into lingering notes of vanilla and toasted coconut on the palate.

It is well suited to go with Nova Scotian seafood, chicken, pork and creamy pasta dishes.
