Nova Scotia Brut (Sparkling Wines)
This non-vintage sparkling wine shows beautiful characteristics, with fine bubbles and refreshing notes of baked bread and green apples, and a crisp, clean finish. It’s great served before a meal or alongside various appetizers, such as local seafood.

Vintage Cider (Sparkling Cider)

The Jonagold and Cox’s Orange apples created a beautiful balance of acidity, aromatics, and sweetness. After fermentation, the cider was left to age on its lees for 13 years and then finished with a dosage of our Pomme d’Or Ice Cider this spring. The extended time on lees has given this Traditional Method Cider remarkable depth and complexity. Only a few cases left.
Aromas of honeycomb, baking spices, and caramelized apple, with a delicate mousse and complex, subtle tannins. The perfect pairing with your Holiday dishes.

Tidal Bay (off-dry white)
Nova Scotia’s Premiere White Wine. There is no other grape-growing region like Nova Scotia. A wine with unique character, Tidal Bay brilliantly reflects its birthplace: the terroir, coastal breezes, cooler climate and our winemakers’ world-class craftsmanship. It has a distinctive brightness in the glass. The nose is fresh yet complex. The palate is dryish crisp, with body and fullness that lingers with every sip. It is the perfect complement to Nova Scotia seafood or to share with friends.

Ortega (off-dry white)
Our 2022 Ortega is a brilliant wine with intense aromas of fresh pear, apricot, and honey, layered with delicate floral notes. Produced in an off-dry style, the pronounced nose leads to an elegant, balanced and complex palate. Enjoy this wonderful wine with summer greens, fish, poultry or your favourite cheese.

Pink Conversation Water (off-dry, lightly effervescent rosé)
Delightfully refreshing, this wine is bursting with fresh strawberries and candied cherries. with hints of lime zest and white peach.
Lightly effervescent and cheerful, the bright acidity is balanced by a hint of sweetness leading to the perfect conversation starter for any occasion.

Castel ( dry red)
Rich, dense and deeply pigmented, this wine offers inviting herbaceous aromas of caraway and black pepper. A wine of distinction, it offers an expressive nose, a complex full body and a balanced palate of ripe fruit and integrated tannins. It pairs perfectly with grilled beef, game meats and roasted root vegetables.
