This Pinot Noir was grown at our Melanson vineyard and matured for 9 months in French oak. Refined aromas of preserved cherry and strawberry, baking spices and hits of vanilla give way to fresh and vibrant flavours of cherry mixed with notes of raspberry followed by a lengthy finish.

Light-bodied with an elegant structure and subtle tannins, enjoy this wine with pasta, dishes featuring either duck, pork or salmon, or roasted root vegetables.
