Riesling Sparkling
Made from 100% Annapolis Valley-grown Riesling harvested in 2021 and aged en tirage for 30 months. Extended lees aging brings subtle brioche aromas and elegant structure, with notes of crisp apple, lemon, quince, and a touch of minerality. The wine is refined, refreshing, and expressive. Enjoy chilled and accompanied with seafood, grilled chicken, pork, summer salads, or your favourite soft cheeses.

"25" Red Sparkling Wine
A fun sparkling red wine crafted from estate-grown Marquette with a L’Acadie Blanc dosage, this special release celebrates Domaine de Grand Pré’s 25th anniversary. Expressive and vibrant, the wine is bursting with ripe fruit notes of red plum and cherry. Its fruit-forward character is complemented by silky tannins and a creamy mousse, leading to a refined and elegant finish. Great with pork dishes or charcuterie boards.

Tidal Bay (off-dry white)
Nova Scotia’s Premier White Wine. There is no other grape-growing region like Nova Scotia. A wine with unique character, Tidal Bay brilliantly reflects its birthplace: the terroir, coastal breezes, cooler climate and our winemakers’ world-class craftsmanship. It has a distinctive brightness in the glass. The nose is fresh yet complex. The palate is dryish crisp, with body and fullness that lingers with every sip. It is the perfect complement to Nova Scotia seafood or to share with friends.

Chardonnay (dry white)
Vibrant and fresh, this cool-climate Chardonnay beautifully showcases Nova Scotia’s terroir. Vinified in stainless steel, it opens with expressive notes of Meyer lemon, pear, and apple blossom. A lively acidity adds structure and lift, giving the wine a refreshing finish. Unoaked and crisp, it’s a natural match for seafood, summer salads, grilled chicken, and soft cheeses.

Field Blend (dry red)
This blend, featuring Maréchal Foch, Leon Millot, Marquette and Castel, is aged in oak, resulting in a medium-bodied wine, elegant and refined with concentrated notes of plum and cherry, hints of clove, baking spices and black pepper. Perfectly pairs with pasta, venison, beef and matured hard cheeses

Vidal Icewine 200ml (dessert wine)
The grapes for this Vidal Icewine are kept on the vine throughout early winter until thoroughly frozen. The resulting wine is bursting with intense aromas and flavours of dried apricot and orange marmalade with a complex caramel finish. Richly textured and well-balanced with a pleasing acidity. Sip this rare treat on its own or as a complement to your favourite cheeses or desserts.
