This traditional method sparkling wine is made from a blend of L'Acadie Blanc and Seyval Blanc grapes. It shows beautiful sparkling wine characteristics with fine bubbles, notes of brioche and green apple with a crisp, clean finish. A perfect reflection of Nova Scotia's terroir.
