Tasting Notes

This dry wine is a blend of two of Nova Scotia’s primary varietals: L’Acadie Blanc and Maréchal Foch. The resulting wine is bursting with delightfully bright fruit flavours of fresh strawberry with underlying notes of citrus rind, red currant, candied apple, and melon. The palate gives way to notes of spice with a pleasing crisp finish.
