We are delighted to welcome you to our 2026 Winter Dinner Series — a seasonal culinary journey around the globe.
Our first destination was Spain, where our chefs explored the rich, soulful flavours of Andalusia in the country’s south.
Following Valentine’s weekend, we shift our focus to Austria. From February 19th through March 29th, we will present an Austrian-inspired menu that brings together flavours from across the country, highlighting both rustic alpine dishes and sophisticated classics that reflect Austria’s deep culinary heritage.
